Our client in Maputo is looking for a Financial Director from all Nationalities to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of Insurance sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities
- Hire and oversee leaders in the finance and accounting departments, including giving directions and delivering periodical evaluations.
- Offer advice to the CFO and CEO regarding spending and budget questions.
- Create usable budgets for the business, including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term.
- Make sound investment decisions to increase a company’s portfolio.
- Analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in finance.
- At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Must have insurance background knowledge.
- Financial Risk Management or Chartered Financial.
- Leadership experience is also valuable.
- Aged between 40-50.
