Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Country business plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Full P&L responsibility.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and capability development programs to enable the sales regions to meet growth objectives.
- Performance manage regional employees to deliver the business plan.
- Implement reward, recognition, and retention plans.
- Formulate and execute operating expenses and capital investment budgets.
- Implement the Route to Market strategy.
- Execute channel and promotional execution strategies.
- Build strong capability enabling the execution of a sophisticated portfolio.
- Execute short and long-term revenue growth strategies.
- Build superior knowledge and understanding of the country market including shoppers, consumers, customers, categories, and competitors.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and implement community upliftment programs.
- Build strong relationships with local key stakeholders including but not limited to the government, media, SAP, and surrounding medium to large businesses
- Ensure alignment of business units within the extended value chain.
- Provided leadership, support, and guidance to the team.
- Ensured High level focused improvements.
- Led Operational Excellence for the Country.
- All legal compliance elements and good governance practices are managed.
- Build the company’s reputation and drive behavior in the country that will ensure that the company’s reputation is not damaged.
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: Relevant 7-year Business Degree.
- Extensive Management experience at Senior Levels.
- Extensive FMCG experience.
